Terms and refund policy

These terms cover your purchase of Cash Pay Patient Lab and, if you add it, the Private Lab. They're sold by Hope Rise Media LLC, doing business as Screen-to-Scan ("we", "us"). Buying means you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Cash Pay Patient Lab, $97, one payment. Access to the course, the community and the weekly call for as long as you're a member in good standing and we run the community. If we ever close it, we'll give members at least 30 days' notice. If you upgrade to the Private Lab and later cancel, all access ends, including the course.
Private Lab, $297 a month. Access to the Private Lab group on Skool, the ready-made GoHighLevel build, setup lessons, and support from our team by message during business days. It renews every month until you cancel.

2. Your guarantee on the $97 purchase

Watch Module 1. If you don't think it was worth $97, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund every dollar.

Module 1 needs to be marked complete in Skool when you ask. We check that before refunding.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund, your access to the course and community ends.
One refund per person or clinic.

3. Canceling and refunds for the Private Lab

All Private Lab payments are final, including the first one, because the GoHighLevel build is delivered to your account at purchase. You agree to this with a checkbox at checkout.
Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected], or from the billing link in your receipt. Canceling stops future charges. All access to the Private Lab, the Cash Pay Patient Lab course, the community, the calls and support ends at the end of the period you've paid for.
The build already loaded into your GoHighLevel account is licensed for use in your own clinic or clinics only. It may not be resold or shared.
A chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms is a breach of them. We'll contest it using the checkout agreement and our delivery records, and remove all access right away.

4. White-glove setup and done-for-you services

These are sold separately, under their own written proposal or terms, which govern them.

5. Results

The results on our pages come from clinics where our team ran this system. They describe what happened at those clinics, not a promise of what will happen at yours. Your results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your team and how closely you follow the system. Nothing we sell is medical, legal or financial advice. You're responsible for making sure your marketing and patient communication follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your clinic.

6. Using the material

The course, templates, scripts and GoHighLevel build are for use in your own clinic or clinics. Please don't resell them, share your login, or use them to offer marketing services to other businesses. We can remove access, without refund, for anyone who does.

7. Community rules

Be useful and respectful. No selling to other members, and no patient information of any kind in posts, comments or on calls. We can remove anyone who breaks these rules.

8. Third-party platforms

Skool, GoHighLevel, Stripe and Meta are independent companies with their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages or changes. If you open a GoHighLevel account through our link, we may earn a referral commission at no cost to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to these purchases is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida.
